Had a bad sink back up in the kitchen....they were professional, courteous and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Had them come out to do a yearly maintenance. There wasn't anything wrong with our system, we just knew it was about to get hot and wanted it maintenanced before the heat really kicked in to check for freon level and etc. A man showed up on Monday and didn't really talk to us at all about anything. We didn't even hardly get a hello much less anything being wrong with our system - which we didn't believe there was because it was working fine. He did however say he added some freon because we were a little low. The upcoming Thursday we noticed that the air conditioning didn't seem to be cooling the house. We found that a fuse had blown. Never had a fuse blow before. We changed the fuse out and still not cooling and fuse blew out again. We contacted Covenant Air and shared what was going on, they sent the same guy back out. The gentleman just happened to have a Capaciator in his vehicle that fit our air conditioning unit and stated that our Capaciator went out. He changed it out and stated they were only going to charge us for the capaciator itself - I looked up the cost of the capaciator on the net and it showed $14.XX at home depot and max price on net was $30.XX. The receptionist stated she was waiting on management to let us know how much for the capaciator and the man that was there stated he was going to charge $100.00. I shared I wasn't going to pay $100.00, our airconditioning was working fine when he came and did the basic maintenance. The man left and told us never to call them again. Our system is still not running right and we are concerned about what actually happened. Reached out to talk to owner Johnny but as of this time no response. Customers, just beware and be careful.
