I think this is the best place I have ever gone to. I've been getting my nails done in this salon for about 9 years me and my mother our nails last so long always. I have been getting my eyelashes done here for about a year (always make apt on time) never had a complain if you need pedi, nails, eyelashes this is your place.
The technicians were amazing and so friendly.
Horrible customer service! The first time I came to this salon the employees did not welcome me at all. They never said "Hi, how may I help" or anything. They literally walked right pass me, not say anything, so I left. I went a second time thinking that things would be better and once again they did not welcome me or provide excellent customer service. I had to raise my voice just to get they're attention to see how much eyebrow wax would cost. The employees are very rude and not friendly at all. I will not return to them again.
After being stuck in the salon for 3 hours because of slow customer service, I pay my bill of $78 and leave. On the way home I realized that the total came out to be far more than I was expecting and called to see what the prices were for the services I received. I was then transferred to speak to the manager, explained the situation calmly, and then he hung- up on me after saying he needed to figure it out. A few minutes later, a different woman called me and explained that extra changes had been added to my services because of things I had asked for. This was not explained to me before receiving the services, the customer service was nonexistent, the technicians were slow and not of high quality and the manager would often use a harsh tone with his workers in their native launguage, making it very uncomfortable for the guests. Please Commerce, step up your game.
Horrible customer service. They misunderstood and i wanted it to be fixed, asked me more money bc they had to remove and reapply the nail. The moment I asked found out and asked them to fix it, the guy wearing a glasses who were applying nail to me had an attitude at me and my friend, were talking stuff with his coworker in their language (pretty sire it was about me) and went inside. Went to manager/boss, and she was worse. She was loud and didn't even wanted to hear. I wanted pink glitter color on my hand, and they applied regular pink color that goes under french nail, and whenever we told manager, she grabbed regular nail polish silver glitter color and try to apply it on my hand and said this looks fine, it is not that different, we can apply gel-top on the top so it will stay as long as other finger. It was ridiculous, feel bad for other customer in there cause we were loudly talking to them but this place has worst customer service ever. Never going back
