The staff was nice and professional, but I was told they couldn't except cash deposit on an account that I was not the owner of. I then asked if I could purchase a money order and they said no because I didn't have an account t with them! What!!!! I will never bank with them!
I Have been a Customer for Several Years and have always had a Flawless Result,But this Fraud Dept Ordeal has Shocked me to the Core and has me Looking Elsewhere.It was one of the Most UnProfessional and putting me at RISK Experiences I have ever had Period.If you don't do the Texting thing They Will deny your Quick Pay and tell you that it's at there Discretion and they Will Tell you that you Must go into a Branch to Straighten it all out,I told them If I did that I would go there to Close my Account.It seems the Teaming up With Zelle may Ultimately Break the Bank..
I went into Chase bank commerce tx to withdraw some money. Half of the money that I was given was COUNTERFEIT. The bank manager acted like that it was anyone and everyone else's problem but their own negligence. I was treated very badly and I was made to feel like I had done something wrong when I had not. I contacted the secret service,the police department,and I will be contacting the media Immediately if this issue is not resolved soon. How can anyone trust cashing a check or withdrawing money from a bank after something like this happens to them. The bank that did this is Chase bank in commerce tx. I will never forgive or forget about what they did to me or how I was treated.
I Give 5 Stars to the People at the Branch that are on the Front Line Making it Happen.I give 0 Stars to the Customer Service and Fraud Dept.Since I have been Plagued by the Overseas Scam about Owing the IRS Money and they want your Card Number to keep you from being Arrested,Im a Little Shy of Unsolicited Phone Calls.
I Have Reported this Scam along With the Phone Numbers to the Police who say they have no Jurisdiction to Overseas but admit Americans are being Scammed out of Millions.

I Recently got a call after doing a Quick Pay from the Fraud Dept.Who want to Text you then you Verbally tell them what's in the Text?
This is Insane especially since anything on a Cell Phone can be Intercepted, They Look for any Reason not to approve your Quick Pay and they are not fighting Fraud but Putting the Customer at Greater Risk of having there Info being Discussed by Phone or by Text.They won't Discuss anything until you do this Texting which makes it seem that more Uneasy.I Hung up on them and I called Chase and Sure Enough it was the Fraud Dept That had Called,They Proceeded to Tell me the Same Craziness and I even Spoke to a Fraud Supervisor.This is not Convenient Banking at all,I would have less Hassle doing a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart and paying a Small Fee.These People Could care Less!!! If you go or Stay with Chase and I have Several Family Members who I have Brought on Board.
My experiences at the Chase Branch in Commerce TX have always been very positive. Staff is always very personable. Both in person and by phone. Phone call to branch today on a small issue required them to transfer me to their electronic app specialist located elsewhere. I was pleased at not being given another phone number to call !, and the matter was very effectively reviewed and clarified with that associate.
